Description

Covered Bridge Mail Box, Original design and Manufacture.
* Access from both ends
* All exposed fasteners hinges and lanyards are made from stainless steel
* The frame and
paddleford
truss members are made from Honduran Mahogany
* The side skins are made from 1/16 inch thick Aircraft Grade Mahogany plywood
* The roof is constructed of corrugated aluminum over 1/8 inch thick Air craft grade Birch plywood
* The inner box portion is constructed from 1/2 inch thick cabinet grade birch plywood, painted Flat Black
* The doors are magnetically coupled in the closed position
* The ridge cap is made from 18 gauge aluminum
* All painted surfaces are painted with an oil based primer with two coats of exterior latex acrylic finish.
