I have up for sale a wonderful vintage original circa 1930s maybe 40s Akro Agate Co. - Clarksburg , W Virginia "The Little American Maid Tea Set"   3350-5 Gypsy tea set  . Its a 21 piece set , all in Excellent Condition with No Damages . The pattern is called CONCENTRIC RING . The box has some wear and imperfection but is good. View the pics to help assess.
I will package with care and ship fully insured. The dishes will be packaged separate from the box to help ensure safe delivery.
UPON RECEIVING THE ITEM - ONLY THROW OUT THE BOX AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM AND ARE HAPPY THAT THERE ARE NO DAMAGES.
IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED  -CONTACT ME ASAP -  KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM.  YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING , YOU WOULD NEED PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND PICS OF THE DAMAGED ITEM. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE. I PACKAGE TO THE VERY BEST OF MY ABILITIES BUT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. I hold the right to ship in an alternative method of shipping if I deem it more safe because of the items fragility , issues due to size, etc.
