You are purchasing a USED piece of equipment NOT new.. Your item will arrive in used condition. Think of this purchase like buying a used car. Once you "take it home" it's YOURS to maintain. It will leave our facility tested to power on and appear to function as it should. This is ALL that we can guarantee. Can we afford to ship you an item only for you to ask for a return because you might have to do some additional cleaning? NO. Can you return your item because the leg fell through the pallet and no damage to unit? NO.  Can you return your unit because it has a sticker on it that you didn't see in the picture? NO..  Yes, these things have happened.. It might be missing a knob or 2. Again it's used equipment.  We do our best to provide quality working (unless otherwise stated) equipment at not only a fraction of original cost but in most cases cheaper than you find anywhere. 90% of the time your item will arrive in better condition than pictured.. We do things different.. Others will post the best pictures in the World, charge a premium price and you'll end up with pile of junk.. We on the other hand post OK pictures and generally it's thoroughly cleaned and sometimes even painted before it goes out. It's sad that this notice has to be posted but the ridiculousness has led to it..
PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE PURCHASING AN ITEM. WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE HUNDREDS OF  DOLLARS SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS AROUND THE COUNTRY BECAUSE BUYERS DIDN'T MAKE SURE THE ITEM WILL WORK IN THEIR ENVIRONMENT.
